After Sales Services

Apart from manufacturing the above range we also remain conscious towards offering best after sales services. We make sure that the overall production progress is analyzed in relation to the delivery terms and a suitable course of action is taken to ensure the delivery of apparels well in time. To avoid any kind of customer grievances we also verify the shipping documents as per the buyers instruction and sent the copy documents to the buyers well in advance of the shipment.

Quality

Pertaining to our rigorous quality conscious approach we make our range undergo through four distinctive stages of quality monitoring system. The stages include:

Pre Production Check (PPC): In this process we monitor the capability of our material components, accessories and user manuals, etc, that will be used in the manufacturing of our range. Besides this, we also cross check the quality of the peace silk and other raw materials at this stage.
Initial Production Check (IPC): Once the raw materials are verified and the products has been developed then we check the finished products as per buyer's specification and prototype sample. in case any deviations are identified, then it is brought out for correction at this stage of quality management system.
During Production Check (DUPRO): At third stage we check out and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
Final Random Inspection (FIR): It is the final stage of our quality monitoring system, in which inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.

This overall strict quality management system is followed just to assure the customer with an enriching combination of international standard warmth, elegance and trendy style in each creative dress or garment sourced from our end. We test our range on such a vigil quality platform so that our attires remain stable to washing / dry cleaning, appearance after washing / dry cleaning, etc.

Infrastructure

We, Sachi Apparels, have a well planned manufacturing unit that enables us to fulfill the changing demands of the fashion industry with embedded quality products. Our unit is equipped with latest technologies which includes high performing 65 machines for stitching and related works, and almost 6 machines exclusively for embroidery and other designing work. Our sound infrastructural facility, which is the combination of hi-tech machines and manpower, enables us to give a standard quality to our range of fashion apparels.

We not only concentrate on quantity production but also remain conscious to bring innovation in our range. For this we come up with new sample products to suit the season's colors, fabric, and style based of our buyer's requirements.
